What's my bio?

Meryl Moritz is an organizational sociologist, entrepreneur, educator, global leadership coach and coach supervisor with 25 years of experience working on five continents. Her clients, whether executives, corporate teams, or other entrepreneurs, say that their partnership with Meryl helps create lasting value for them, and by extension, their stakeholders, and the system as a whole.

Awarded the Circle of Distinction (lifetime achievement) by the International Coach Federation in 2019, Meryl is one of under a thousand professionals who hold the Master Certified Coach designation, which she earned in 2001.

She joined the Purpose Alliance at its inception in 2020 and received the Exponential Innovator credential in August of that year. A jazz, theater, and new music enthusiast, Meryl lives with her husband and family in New York, but her heart belongs to Shanghai, where she has traveled every year for the past 10 before COVID19.
