What's my bio?

Fernando is passionate about how can technology improve our lives, retired officer of the Peruvian Navy, followed specialization courses in Electronics and Communications at home and abroad, PADE in Administration at ESAN School of Business, and MBA from the University of Piura. He was certified in Government and Business Management of Information Technologies, is also Sprint Coach and Consultant of Exponential Organizations and a certified Mentor of Purpose Launchpad.

He has held managerial positions in the areas of information technology of leading companies in the retail (Wong Wholesale, Cencosud, Supermercados Peruanos, Grupo Efe), Banking (Banco Latino, Financiera Efectiva), logistics (Neptunia), and telecommunications (Telefonica) sectors, where he has acted as an agent of change to drive growth through constant innovation and generation of operational efficiencies.

In 2014 he founded Cognotek, an advisory and consulting firm specializing in the management of systems whose purpose is "Transform lives for a better future", through which he helps his clients to take advantage of the benefits offered by information technologies.

He is also co-founder of Eureka Latam Innovation and Sustainability, a company born in May 2020 in order to help entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and innovators “Bring their idea to an innovative and sustainable purpose driven business model". Eureka Latam I&S's MTP is "A better world, innovative and sustainable".
